Any vacation earned as a Bargaining Unit employee will be paid out on the first pay period as a Corporate employee You will be able to keep your original hire date with the company and accrue vacation as a Corporate employee based on your original hire date

You will be eligible to enroll into the Corporate Health plans only during open enrollment (May/June) with an effective date of July 1st.
If on a CBU Health Care Plan, you will stay on your current plan until Corporate Benefits Open enrollment. You will be eligible to enroll separately into the Corporate 401K plan If currently enrolled in the CBU 401K plan, you will not be able to roll the funds over into the Corporate Plan.

eCommerce Sales Manager is responsible for advancing the customer experience, distribution, business planning and P&L primarily for Walmart 1P and 3P businesses. The individual will drive Jel Sert brands revenue and share growth. The Manager will own advancing the customer experience through strategic business planning, marketplace execution, digital marketing, site merchandising, assortment management, and promotions while managing a budget, maintaining profitability and interfacing with both internal and external customer stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Meets targets for profitable eCommerce sales and strategic objectives.
- Leads cross functionally with Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Transportation, and Operations, as well as Senior Leadership, to ensure delivery of relevant innovation, key initiatives and corporate strategy to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Proactively identifies and quickly responds to customer problems.
- Manages eCommerce forecast, volume, revenue, and investment on a weekly / monthly / annual basis.
- Develops plan and executes WFS 3P strategy (Walmart Fulfillment Services -preferred marketplace placement and benefits).
- Plans and executes strategic advertising campaigns to drive increase in B&M and online sales, including new item launch plans to be supported and driven by online execution.
- Understands long-term business and competitive (e)retailer implications of daily decisions.
- Provides customer/channel expertise and leadership to drive development of appropriate strategic and tactical plans for eCommerce. Applies these strategies and thought leadership in development of innovation, eCommerce packs and specific items.
- Establishes and executes monthly reporting to Senior Leadership and key stakeholders.
- Proactively and regularly analyzes market trends and recommends strategy for eCommerce portfolio.
- Looks for opportunities for new item & FC expansion, creates a compelling case for merchants.
- Strategically grows online item portfolio including item set up items and collaboration with account managers & buyers for troubleshooting.
- Continuously monitors, quickly identifies & solves errors in product pages, online item hierarchies and pricing.
- Uploads & optimizes online content.
- Provides content score reporting (internally & externally), tracking and has responsibility for meeting Walmart goals.
- Provides share of search tracking.
- Executes & delivers insights of review campaigns for existing items & new item launches.
- Identifies gaps in brand/item presence online in comparison to industry leaders & competitors.
- Develops close connectivity to Walmart & industry leaders/peers to understand, report and react to Walmart’s changing eCommerce requirements.
- Monitors in-stock position and proper execution of all replenishment activities for .com items
- Provides Line Review support and selling support: uses all relevant data tools to provide data analytics around all streams of online originated sales at Walmart.
- Manages all streams of Online Originated Sales to drive growth at Walmart:
- Ship to home, ship from store, Online Pickup & Delivery, Site to home, etc.
- Understands benchmarks and makes plans to exceed Walmart expectations regarding Online Pick-up & Delivery penetration expectations and growth by category.
- Showcases this growth in Walmart buyer meetings.
- Builds internal awareness around eCommerce including teaching & best practice sharing.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience with a CPG food or beverage company.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with walmart.com
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Proven track record of consistently growing eCommerce businesses.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
- Ability to succeed in a customer focused sales organization.
- Experience creating sales presentations and developing customer programs.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of business statistics and financials including effective P&L management.
- Ability to develop creative solutions to business opportunities by thinking “outside the box”.
- Excellent communication skills – able to present ideas effectively, listen actively, and work across functional boundaries.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Works out of a home office along with traveling up to 30% of the time.
Controlling
Establishes and manages annual business plan to sell all products at or above the Jel Sert Net Costing.
Plans and evaluates performance results i.e., sales calls, account performance, pay back of Trade Spending.
