Associate Manager - Contract Operations

Assist the Director of Contract Operations with developing and managing contract business accounts and projects. Responsible for executing new contract projects from start to finish. Also responsible for day to day high level communication with our contract business partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Oversee and manage Contract Operations customer communication related to planning and execution.
  • Maintain client relationships at the appropriate level reinforcing the company's commitment to continuously addressing their needs and interests.
  • Responsible for new Contract Operations customer development, communication, project planning, etc.
  • Administrative duties related Contract Operations business management

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years' customer relations experience is required.
  • Project Coordination experience in customer focused environment with demanding project management responsibilities.
  • Experience maintaining client relationships at the appropriate level reinforcing company's commitment to continuously addressing their needs and interests.
  • Effective relationship building with the project team, keeping team informed and active in decision making.
  • Experience within a food & beverage or pharmaceutical company preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively and professionally communicate across functional groups.
  • Excellent time management, to include planning, prioritization, scheduling, risk management, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and coordinating the activities of various resources in a fast paced results-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, positive and flexible.
  • Must be able to work interactively and proactively with internal and external parties at all levels.
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Must be a self-starter and independent thinker with the ability to quickly react to situations.
