The LICENSING COORDINATOR supports the licensing team in all day-to-day functions and acts as a key liaison cross functionally and externally. Key functions with the licensing coordinator include commercialization of licensed products, coordinating w/ marketing coordinator to develop mockups on new licensed product concepts, and more. This role is important in ensuring the success of the licensing department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Contribute to the marketing and company’s mission by completing tasks and projects as assigned by Licensing team.
- Commercialization Management: fill in requests and briefs, ensure dates/tasks deadlines/product info is inputted accurately into Workfront, maintain at least 1-2x a week for weekly Marketing status calls.
- Artwork development process: Kickoff with designers, provide feedback, and lead internal proof routing and supplier proof routing.
- Manage packaging updates for existing items requiring updated claims/NFP/ingredients.
- Send product sample requests for licensors.
- Manage requests from sales including new item info, mockups and tasting sample request forms
- Manage all department invoices with Account Payable team by coding invoices and collecting signatures.
- Support department budget efforts with invoice tracking.
- Gather and upload creative assets required to support website/STG Store/Asset Management
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Two year of office experience required within a Marketing environment preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively and professionally communicate across functional groups.
- Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, positive and flexible. Must be able to work interactively and proactively with internal and external parties at all levels.

- Must be a self-starter and independent thinker with the ability to quickly react to situations.
- Demonstrate the ability to work on multiple tasks and/or projects at once with minimal assistance within a fast paced results-driven environment.
- Proficient with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
