REFERRAL PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Our employees are our most valuable resource. In efforts to enhance our recruiting efforts, employees are encouraged and will be rewarded for a referral made for an open position provided the candidate is qualified and hired for an open corporate position.

After reviewing our Referral Program Guidelines, please select the title of the position you wish to refer someone for from the list below. Once you are taken to the specific job description, select "Click Here to Submit a Referral" and complete the form.

As a reminder, all regular employees are eligible for the Employee Reward with the exception of the Company Officers, Vice Presidents, assigned HR Recruiter, and the Hiring Manager/Supervisor of the position.

Employee Referral Guidelines

Awards will be in the amount of $1,000 for full-time placement and $500 for part-time placement.

Project/Temporary positions are not eligible for the employee referral award program.

Awards will be granted accordingly: 25% paid out upon date of hire and then 25% paid out respectively on the 30th, 60th and 90th day of employment.

To qualify as a referral, candidates cannot be hired as a result of:

Search firms making the referral prior to the employee referral.

Jel Sert directly recruits the candidate prior to the employee referral.

The candidate already submitted an application or resume on their own, prior to the employee submitting the referral via our referral portal.

The candidate was already recruited through college/technical recruiting, job fair, help wanted advertisement,

Or is a current/former Jel Sert employee.

All referral awards are subject to applicable federal, state and local tax withholding and will be paid through payroll on the first payroll date after each payout date has been reached.

The employee receiving the referral award must be employed with The Jel Sert Company at the time the bonus is paid out.

Jel Sert reserves the right to cancel this program at any time.
